Our production complex is located in Punta Arenas, in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctic Region, at the southernmost tip of Patagonia. It includes two methanol production plants, which, together with our global logistics network, allow us to supply the Latin American and Asia-Pacific markets.

Since the construction of our first plant in 1988, Methanex Chile has contributed to the economic and social development of the region and the country. In Magallanes, we have supported the community through various initiatives, primarily focused on education, inclusion, and Responsible Care®, forging strong and meaningful partnerships from the outset.

Our sales and logistics office is located in Santiago, in the Las Condes district, a major commercial centre in Chile’s capital. The office helps connect our operations and international clients, suppliers, and markets.
