Position Responsibilities
What will you do?
As a Customer Supply Specialist, you’ll take on a dynamic role with a range of impactful responsibilities, including:
- Coordinating Deliveries: You’ll be the go-to person for organizing and managing deliveries, working closely with transportation companies, terminals, 3rd-party suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations, all while upholding our commitment to Responsible Care® principles.
- Inventory Management: You’ll oversee Methanex and customer terminal inventories, ensuring optimal levels and timely replenishment.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our truck, rail and barge partners, managing contracts and supplier interactions to drive successful outcomes.
- Order Management: Handle the full order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way.
- Forecasting & Allocation: Take charge of supply and demand forecasting, managing product allocation to meet customer needs.
- Logistics & Project Support: Collaborate with your team on logistics and Responsible Care® initiatives, contributing to important analyses and projects that drive continuous improvement.
Position Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Your experience and hard skills
- You hold a university degree in Business, Economics or related field or a high school diploma in Transport or Logistics Management.
- Having prior experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain is an asset.
- You are fluent in English, and any additional European languages is a bonus.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Being familiar with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is an asset.

- You have excellent communication, written and verbal and relationship building skills.
- A true team player, you excel at collaborating effectively with others.
- You possess strong analytical abilities; you’re organized, proactive and adept at managing conflicting priorities.
