The marketing and logistics offices in Waterloo, Belgium, and Tees, United Kingdom, oversee the management and administration of all Methanex's sales and distribution operations in Europe. They are also responsible for customer service, Responsible Care^®, ISO, finance and accounting, and human resources management.

Terminal Operations

Methanex operates two terminals in Tees-side. One of the terminals is a deep sea terminal which receives methanol by ship, and the other terminal is located further up the river. Our terminal on the river is used predominantly to store and load methanol into road tanker trucks for distribution throughout the UK market. Methanex owns a pipeline that connects the two terminals in addition to supplying customers directly.
